Sophie Soyza-Montague

Sophie is a trusted broadcast journalist, live event host and presenter with a stack of experience — and she’s back to presenting after having her first child, with her first gig back for Carwow, alongside ongoing work with the BBC and Currys.

In between, she’s built something harder to fake than a following: trust. Diagnosed with coeliac disease at two, Sophie turned her gluten-free life into content for an engaged 20k+ audience on Instagram and TikTok, partnering with brands including Genius, Pizza Express and Surreal.

That combination, broadcast training and real digital reach, is why she’s equally at home hosting The Beauty and Skincare Awards, fronting TikTok livestreams for beauty, fashion and tech brands, or pulling crowds of thousands to Christmas Light Switch Ons. She and husband Ben Soyza-Montague also work as a professional modelling duo for brands like Ernest Jones, Gala and The Healthy Back Bag Co, and if that’s not enough, she’s a dab-hand on the decks as a DJ!
