Omah Howard is a UK radio broadcaster and presenter with six years of experience across radio, television and live sport. He currently hosts Mid Mornings on Capital Xtra (Monday–Friday), reaching an average monthly audience of 1.8 million adults (15+).

Trusted on screen and on stage, Omah has built a strong reputation in the sports and entertainment space. He is a key presenter within Baller League, working with Rukkas FC (Idris Elba’s team), where he has interviewed football legends including Alan Shearer and leading players such as Alex Iwobi.
