Marieta Evans

Marieta is a Live TV presenter and reporter with a Degree in Journalism and two Masters (including the prestigious Eurosport Masters in Sports Journalism), well-known for her experience working in a wide variety of motorsports disciplines from MotoGP to Formula 1, and from Eurosport and Sky Sports screens to the Saudi Arabia dunes at the Dakar Rally. 

Since 2024 Marieta has been part of the Formula 1 broadcast team at selected events, hosting Track TV, F1TV interviews and the Fan Zone stage, in English, Italian and Spanish.  

In recent seasons she has also continued to lead FIM-Moto.TV’s live coverage of the TrialGP World Championship.  

In 2023, Marieta took on the challenge of the famous Dakar Rally, becoming the first female voice on the daily English-language international highlights programme.  

Marieta has also worked as pit reporter for some of the biggest sportscars Championships in Europe, she was host and reporter for Ferrari Challenge Europe on Sky Sports F1, pit reporter for five editions of the Lamborghini World Finals and she’s also been part of the broadcast team of McLaren Trophy.  

Electric Racing is also part of her portfolio – she was a social media presenter for the ERA Championship (the Electric Racing Academy project) and a host and pit reporter for Eurosport’s electric touring car series PureETCR (later FIA ETCR)  

During her eight full seasons working for Dorna on MotoGP, her insightful interviews with everyone from Valentino Rossi to Marc Marquez and beyond were syndicated to all international broadcasters: also making several in-depth documentaries with star riders. 

But it’s not all Motorsports! She also works regularly as presenter and content producer on Heritage & History projects, including writing and presenting a docu-movie about the History of the West Ham Speedway Stadium and a short documentary about the Music and Theatre scene in London in the swinging 60s, both funded by National Lottery Heritage.
