India’s passion for wellbeing and nature has lead her to produce and host the podcast ‘Start a Ripple …’ which celebrates the power of moving in nature for the mind, body and environment. Guests have included TV adventurer Ben Fogle Olympian Michelle Griffith Robinson, BBC Spring Watch Presenter Megan McCubbin and Emmy Award Winner Doon Mackichan. India now takes her message beyond the airwaves, captivating audiences as a sought-after speaker at live events sharing this important message and stories from the podcast.
India also hosts The Blaze Trails Podcast — the UK’s parent and baby walking community, Supporting parents to feel confident outdoors.Through the podcast, she helps create content that inspires, uplifts, and connects parents during one of life’s most transformative (and often overwhelming!) stages. She also co-founded a highly popular parent and baby walking group in her local area that sees up to 40 parents walking with their babies along the Kent Coast every week.
As a Presenter, India has travelled the world hosting Travel Guides for Holiday Extras. India’s passion for travel and more importantly sustainable travel can be seen on the highly successful Holiday Extras Youtube channel . India has also presented on radio stations including Radio Jackie, Suzy Radio and Aspen Waite Radio. India has over 10 years experience working as a commercial model representing household lifestyle brands such as Sweaty Betty, Hoseasons, Nissan and Playstation.
As a qualified and experienced yoga teacher, India’s expertise extends across various disciplines, including Vinyasa, Pre/Postnatal, and SUPYoga. But she is best known for her transformative yoga/ beach clean sessions which have been featured in many national publications including Woman’s Health, Daily Express and Om! Yoga Magazine. In the summer months you are most likely to find India touring the country with her family in their campervan teaching yoga at festivals such as Latitude, Wilderness, Gone Wild! and Armchair Adventure Festival
