Having been bitten by the motorsport bug back in the late 1980s by Formula 1, Alex firstly got involved in the motorsport world writing about MotoGP and the WRC before expanding into Formula 1, DTM, WEC and multiple other categories.
He also has a welcome technical understanding of motorsport in general and is a keen storyteller, who loves the excitement and drama of racing just like any passionate fan. He also speaks German and some French.
He has worked with a multitude of different broadcast teams, which has seen him commentate mainly in Europe and as recently as the Middle East late last year, and has also been the voice of European Rotax karting since 2018.
In early 2020, he started in sim racing, which has seen him become one of the more recognised voices for many different competitions and leagues.
Alex continues his work in karting and sim racing but also looks to head into the sportscars world, which includes the iconic Le Mans 24H.
