Founded by Gemma Scott and Louise Beckett , both former presenters and industry experts with more than 40 years of combined experience in broadcast, motorsport and live events. Loudspeaker was built on integrity, trust and the kind of insider knowledge that only comes from having done the job yourself.
We represent a hand-picked roster of presenters, commentators, DJs, speakers and voice over artists across the UK and Worldwide, placing talent with some of the world’s leading broadcasters and event organisations; from ITV and Sky Sports to Formula 1 and Prime Video.

Gemma Scott
Coming from a motorsports family it’s no surprise that Gemma built her career within the sport. Passionate for the adrenaline and competition factor within sport, she has competed herself in International Sailing (winning her first world title aged 15) and has presented Sailing and Kite Surfing, amongst her many credits in motorsport spanning from junior categories to Formula One. Gemma also holds a competition license!
In 2020 Gemma joined forces with Louise Beckett and the duo launched LoudSpeaker Agency, recognising emerging talent and supporting their careers within sports and entertainment broadcasting and events. With her degree in education still a strong inspiration to her, she remains passionate and driven to train and nurture all those who work with the agency.
Louise Beckett
Well-known as a regular host for many FIA Championships Louise has worked across a wide spectrum of roles within motorsport media – PR, TV Broadcast, & Journalism. Louise has covered disciplines from Rally, Endurance, to grass roots single seaters and Formula One for broadcasters such as ITV, Channel 4, Sky Sports, Capital Radio and Eurosport.
Louise’s sports coverage spans far and wide – Football, Cricket, Golf, Wakeboarding and more which means her contacts book is extensive.
In 2020 Louise realised the essential need to nurture authentic longstanding and also new talent in the industry and has been on a path since to build an agency and environment that promotes equality, inclusion and training the next generation.
